The Strengthening Families Program is an evidence-based workshop designed to help every member of the family develop stronger bonds, healthier communication, and practical tools to thrive—especially in the face of stress, trauma, or daily challenges.
Through engaging activities, guided conversations, and skill-building exercises, both caregivers and children learn how to manage emotions, set boundaries, problem-solve, and support one another more effectively. You’ll leave with tools you can use right away—and the confidence that your family can grow stronger, together.
Whether you're a foster, adoptive, kinship, or biological family, this workshop meets you where you are, with compassion, flexibility, and encouragement.
