Cupcakes, Coffee, and Conversation
Join us for a cozy, judgment-free space to connect with other caregivers and parents who get it. Whether you need to vent, laugh, cry, or just sit with people who understand—there’s a seat (and a cupcake) waiting for you. Come as you are. No pressure, no agenda—just good coffee, sweet treats, and real conversation.
This is a recurring event and takes place the 3rd or 4th Friday of every month from 9:00-11:00 AM!
Hills & Grills: The Dad Retreat
This isn’t about being the “strong one.” This is about being human.
Parenting a child with complex needs—whether through foster care, adoption, disability, or trauma—can be overwhelming, isolating, and quietly exhausting. You carry the weight, keep it together, push through... but sometimes, what you really need is space to breathe, to feel, and to not have all the answers.
This retreat is for you. A place where you can step out of survival mode, be surrounded by other dads who understand without explanation, and remember you’re not alone. There’s no performance here. Just real talk, quiet moments, shared struggles, laughter, and connection.
You give so much. Come take a day to reconnect—with yourself, with nature, and with other men who are walking a similar path.
Because strength isn’t in silence. It’s in showing up—fully and honestly.

Retreat for Moms Parenting Children with Complex Needs
This retreat is for the moms who rarely stop. The ones who juggle appointments, advocacy, meltdowns, sleepless nights, and a love so fierce it aches. If you’re parenting a child with disabilities—visible or invisible—you know how isolating and relentless the journey can feel.
Come away for a weekend designed just for you. A space to exhale. To rest your body, quiet your mind, and reconnect with parts of yourself that often get lost in the daily grind. You’ll be surrounded by other moms who understand without explanation—who speak the same unspoken language of scans, IEPs, therapies, and deep, unconditional love.
Through shared meals, honest conversation, nature, and nurturing activities like sound baths, walks, and soaking in stillness, you’ll find a community that sees you. Celebrates you. Holds you.
You deserve this. Not because you’ve earned it—but because you’re human. And your healing matters too.
